Our Free Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Ramzi & Co. fine jewellery comes with a free lifetime manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects.

Ramzi & Co. fine jewellery is made to premium standards and with only the highest quality materials because we value the task of creating a treasure for you to cherish your entire life.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect on one of our items, we promise to repair or replace the piece. Free of charge.

Our Faults Inspection Process

If you believe your piece has a default, our experts will inspect the item. For you to send the piece to us for inspection, we require a $180 deposit. This covers the shipping cost and an evaluation of your piece by our experts. We will assess whether the damage is protected under the warranty.

If a manufacturing defect is found, the deposit will then be refunded entirely. We will also ship your item back to you free of charge after repair or replacement.

If the damage is due to the manufacturing fault of Ramzi & Co., we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

If your repair does not fall under the warranty, we will contact you with a quote for the repair. If you choose to go ahead with the repair, the deposit will go towards this fee. If you do not accept the repair, the deposit will go towards the return shipping costs.

Manufacturing Warranty Disclaimer

At this time, Ramzi & Co. is unable to provide a warranty for damage incurred upon everyday wearing and normal use. This includes wear and tear, scratching, accidental damage, neglect, misuse, chemical damage or any other factors outside of normal use.

Neither does the warranty cover loss or theft of gemstones or jewellery. Further damage or loss of your jewellery due to failure to seek timely repair will also not be covered by the warranty. The Ramzi & Co. warranty is voided upon any repairs carried out by another jeweller.

Here are some examples of damages not covered by the manufacturing warranty:

• Discolouration due to chemical exposure such as chlorine from immersion in pools or erosion due to build-up of makeup or other substances
• Normal wear and tear such as a wearing-down of metal prongs
• Loosening of gemstones within the setting due to everyday wear, such as prongs catching on clothing, wearing down, or bending
• Loss of gemstones upon falling out of the setting due to everyday wear

Our manufacturing warranty does not protect you against worst-case scenarios such as loss, theft, or significant damage. We strongly advise that you maintain an up-to-date insurance policy with a reputable provider.
