Returns And Refunds: Our 30-Day Policy

Ramzi & Co. provides an easier and hassle-free online shopping experience for men’s and women’s wedding bands, eternity rings, anniversary rings, affordable diamond engagement rings, sapphire engagement rings, morganite rings, and tanzanite rings.

You will fall in love with our collection of superior wedding and engagement rings. Even if you are looking for something different, we will help you find it.

We believe that customers should only buy a ring they are 100% satisfied with. So if it does not meet your expectations, we are happy to replace your ring, or give you a refund, or swap any unworn item within thirty (30) days from the day you receive it, subject to our terms and conditions.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, call our customer care team on 1300 859 584 first before sending the item back to us. Give us your contact details, the order number, and tell us why you are returning it.

If the 30 days have already elapsed since you received the items, we will be unable to offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.

If your reason for returning the item is a change of mind, we will not be able to offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.

Terms & Conditions

  • All items must be returned to our fulfilment centre within 30 days after your receipt of the item to become eligible for our 30-day returns & refunds policy.
  • All items returned must not exhibit marks, scratches, or wear and tear.
  • All items returned must not have undergone any alterations whatsoever.
  • Shipping charges incurred originally are non-refundable.

Loose Diamonds

If the cause of the return is an error on our part because you received the wrong item or your diamond was already defective or damaged upon receipt, you may return it for a replacement or full refund. Please note that we do not accept returns if your reason is a change of mind.

A loose diamond will not be judged defective or damaged on account of natural flaws; either internal or external. A diamond that is defective or damaged is broken, chipped, or cracked.

Custom Orders

Any custom orders for example custom made rings and similar special orders do not qualify for returns or order cancellations unless your reason for return is an error on our part, or your item was already defective or damaged upon receipt. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.

E-Gift Cards

Our E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash refunds, or transferred, or be redeemed for cash, or be submitted in exchange for a different E-Gift Card. We do not offer refunds or replacements for E-Gift Cards which are stolen or lost.

How To Return Purchases

  • Your package should include a copy of the order confirmation for your purchase.
  • Return items in the original packaging. Leave the tags on – if there were any. All returns must come accompanied by their original paperwork. We will charge a replacement fee of AUD350 for all returns that come unaccompanied by original certifications. There will be no exceptions.
  • Avoid labelling your package with the words ‘jewellery,’ ‘diamonds,’ and anything related that might put it at risk.
  • Follow proper guidelines for courier and shipping returns. Package the items securely and insure them.
  • We will not be responsible for packages that we do not receive and returns that are submitted without following the above guidelines.
  • Any theft, damage, or loss of the items during transit to our return centre will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Pay your return shipping charge upfront. We will not accept C.O.D terms. Insure all returned items during transit to avoid incurring loss or damage.
  • If your return is occasioned by errors on our part because of a purchase that came to you already defective or damaged, we will cover the shipping costs both ways to give you an easy and seamless return process.

Refund Process

We subject all returns to inspection by our Quality Assurance Team before we undertake refunds, exchanges, or replacements. This inspection should take approximately 15 business days.

Should your item qualify for a refund, we will process it using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 15 business days for processing.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to choosing a refund or replacement for major failures with goods, and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a failure with the goods does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified and repaired in a reasonable time.
