Ramzi & Co. offers excellent value on Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands at the lowest possible price, generally lower than many traditional physical jewellery stores and even other online jewellery retailers. As a result, we cannot offer additional discounts or negotiated prices.

We do not offer Lay-by plans.

Yes. Customers who choose to pay by direct bank transfer receive a 1.5% discount off their entire order. Instructions are available after completing checkout, and your order can be processed once your transfer confirmation is complete.

Yes. All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

Unfortunately, we do not offer financing at this time.

Currently, we do not offer insurance. However, we highly recommend obtaining insurance coverage to protect your jewellery from the unexpected.

Ramzi & Co. offers free express shipping with insurance on all orders within Australia.

Unfortunately, Ramzi & Co. does not ship internationally at this time.

For your protection, Ramzi & Co. will only ship to physical business or home addresses. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing a tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track the status of your parcel.

Alternatively you can track your delivery on Australia Post website.

All our engagement rings and wedding bands are custom made just for you and require 6-8 weeks for completion. Therefore, it is possible to change your delivery address if we’re informed of the change of address within 4 weeks of your order date, however the address change cannot be guaranteed for orders that will be processed and shipped earlier than the expected delivery time.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email and please allow 1-3 business days for express delivery. All our engagement rings and weddings bands are custom made just for you and even though our normal delivery time is between 6 and 8 weeks, time from order to delivery may vary depending on the item ordered.

Ramzi & Co. is committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses or any delays due to unavoidable circumstances during transit are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is damaged or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance and security reasons, we cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped out.

All parcels shipped by Ramzi & Co. are insured and require signature on delivery. Someone will need to be present at the address to accept the delivery, otherwise the shipping provider’s standard missed delivery procedures will apply.

We offer ring resizing for a small cost of $150 per ring and this includes return shipping anywhere in Australia.

Melbourne customers are welcome to drop off their rings at our reception, anytime between 10am and 4pm on weekdays. Our customer care team will let you know when your ring is ready for collection. Cost for resizing excluding shipping will be $80 per ring.

Additional charges may apply if the resizing isn’t within the jeweller’s recommended sizing range.

Please note that we cannot resize eternity bands, as they need to be completely re-created. Some ring styles, either due to too many sizes needed or the design style itself may limit sizing as well. Therefore, it is very important that you order the correct size at the time of purchase.

Yes, we’d be happy to personalise your ring with an engraving for free. You could add an engraving to your ring prior to checkout.

We only work with a trusted network of established dealers in the industry to ensure all of our diamonds are sourced from conflict free environments. In every aspect of our business, we hold ourselves to a very high standard of quality. This not only applies to the look and character of the diamonds we sell, but also to our own character and those we do business with.

We extend this adherence to high standards to our company ethics. Ramzi & Co. diamonds are sourced from responsible mining locations.

The vast majority of diamonds graded by GIA, IGI and HRD are laser inscribed on the girdle with a unique identification number.

Every diamond purchase comes complete with an Independent Lab Certificate from GIA, IGI or HRD for authentication.

HRD – Hoge Raad voor Diamant or Diamond High Council

GIA, IGI and HRD Labs have an excellent reputation and are considered by many to be world’s foremost authorities in gemmology.

A Diamond Certificate issued by GIA,IGI or HRD is essentially a statement attesting to the authenticity of a diamond, providing a reliable and accurate statement of its identity and grade based on an internationally recognised system. The certificate contains a complete description of a diamond’s quality with regards to its shape, weight, clarity grade, colour grade, fluorescence, measurements, proportions and finish grade. These quality characteristics determine the value of the Diamond.

For your peace of mind, most of our diamonds are laser inscribed with your certificate number, which is viewable under magnification on the girdle of your diamond.

Yes. You can purchase our loose diamonds without a setting.

Every sapphire purchase comes complete with a Gem report from a reputable Lab in Sri Lanka for authentication.

All sapphires, morganites and tanzanites purchased from Ramzi & Co. are natural and are not treated by chemicals in ways meant to alter their colour or clarity. Most of our gems are heat-treated, which is a common practice and standard used in the industry to improve the clarity and enhance the colour of gems.

Each Ramzi & Co. gemstone is painstakingly handpicked, by a select few of our gemstone experts, from our conflict free partner mines in Sri Lanka as well as other parts of the world.

Every gem is natural and is specially chosen to suit our bespoke polishing and refinement processes in our in-house lapidary.
