Here is how to look after your jewellery to avert tarnishing, dullness, and abrasions.

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, body lotion, hair spray, or other chemicals
• Don’t wear your jewellery when bathing, showering, or swimming
• Avoid direct sunlight, heat or cold and humidity
• Avoid jewellery when cleaning, gardening or exercising
• Clean your jewellery regularly using a soft-bristled baby toothbrush and warm soapy water
• Remove your jewellery before going to bed to avoid any accident that may cause damage
• Store your jewellery separately in a cool, dry place

It is Important that you have your jewellery checked by your jeweller at least two times a year. This can help identify loose stones before they fall out or break.
