Our Shipping Policy

Ramzi & Co. offers Free Express Shipping with Insurance on all orders within Australia.

All our engagement rings and wedding bands are custom made just for you and even though our normal delivery time is between 6 and 8 weeks, time from order to delivery may vary depending on the item ordered. All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Service and are scheduled to arrive at your address on or before the expected delivery date shown in the order confirmation. Some orders may arrive earlier than the expected delivery date if they are ready. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped out.

We endeavour to fulfill every customer’s request and if you have special arrangements, such as delivery on a particular date, these can be made by calling us on 1300 859 584

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email, and please allow 1-3 business days for express delivery.

To track your parcel, simply follow the link in the email, or alternatively, you can track your delivery on Australia Post website.

Ramzi & Co. is committed to the timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or any delays due to unavoidable circumstances during transit are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is damaged or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking number.

Shipping Policies

For your protection, Ramzi & Co. always:

  • Uses Australia Post Express Service and Insurance on all packages
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
  • Requires someone to be present at the address to accept the delivery and sign for it.

All parcels shipped by Ramzi & Co. are insured and require a signature on delivery, therefore need someone to be present at the address to accept the delivery and sign for it, otherwise, the shipping provider’s standard missed delivery procedures will apply.

For insurance purposes and security reasons, we cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped out.
