Yes. Customers who choose to pay by direct bank transfer receive a 1.5% discount off their entire order. Instructions are available after completing checkout, and your order can be processed once your transfer confirmation is complete.

For your protection, Ramzi & Co. will only ship to physical business or home addresses. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

Unfortunately, Ramzi & Co. does not accept international orders at this time.

Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you via email and please allow 1-3 business days for express delivery. All our engagement rings and weddings bands are custom made just for you and even though our normal delivery time is between 6 and 8 weeks, time from order to delivery may vary depending on the item ordered.
Ramzi & Co. is committed to timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect addresses or any delays due to unavoidable circumstances during transit are beyond our control. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is damaged or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 business days of receiving your tracking number.
For insurance and security reasons we cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped out.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing a tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track the status of your parcel.

All parcels shipped by Ramzi & Co. are fully insured and require signature on delivery. Someone will need to be present at the address to accept the delivery, otherwise the shipping provider's standard missed delivery procedures will apply.
